Oliveira Lima \u00e9 <strong>\u201cum shopping a c\u00e9u aberto\u201d,<\/strong> com um com\u00e9rcio diversificado de pequenas e grandes lojas de roupas, sapatos, artigos para casa, eletr\u00f4nicos e outros, \u00e9 o mais conhecido centro comercial da regi\u00e3o do Grande ABC.<\/p><p><strong>Hist\u00f3ria:<\/strong><\/p><p>A rua Coronel Oliveira Lima fazia parte do importante caminho que ligava a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ferrovi\u00e1ria \u00e0 Vila de S\u00e3o Bernardo \u2013 atual centro de S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo.<\/p><p>Desde sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o se caracterizou como um misto de resid\u00eancias, f\u00e1bricas, pequenos com\u00e9rcios e servi\u00e7os. Recebeu esse nome em 1907, homenageando um pol\u00edtico influente do come\u00e7o do s\u00e9culo XX na cidade.<\/p><p>Durante quase todo o s\u00e9culo XX se mantinham lado a lado carros, \u00f4nibus e pedestres nessa rua que se transformou na rua de com\u00e9rcio de toda a regi\u00e3o do ABC. Mas, com o aumento populacional e a necessidade de salvaguardar os pedestres ela foi fechada para carros na d\u00e9cada de 1970.<\/p><p>Em 1979 foi inaugurado o cal\u00e7ad\u00e3o que se alargou at\u00e9 a Pra\u00e7a do Carmo, com projeto de Jorge Bomfim.<\/p><p>No final da d\u00e9cada de 1990, nova remodela\u00e7\u00e3o com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da cobertura e da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de piso com desenho inspirado em Luis Sacilotto, artista renomado e morador da cidade.<\/p><p>A inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em 2000 e para este novo projeto foi contratado o arquiteto Decio
