O pr\u00e9dio hist\u00f3rico se destaca na paisagem, sendo encontrado na Pra\u00e7a dos Correios, \u00e1rea com espa\u00e7o para descanso, vagas de estacionamento e onde est\u00e1 o Marco Zero da cidade. Produzida por Masumi Tsuchimoto (artista pl\u00e1stico japon\u00eas radicado no Brasil), a obra \u201cTie No Yoji\u201d \u2013 em portugu\u00eas, \u201cIntelig\u00eancia de Crian\u00e7a\u201d &#8211; foi inaugurada em 8 de abril de 2011.<\/p><p>Segundo palavras do artista, afixadas na placa: <br \/>\u201cO significado da obra \u00e9 puramente abstrato. Na minha concep\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, parti da grafia zero, por isso podemos apreciar o formato zero um c\u00edrculo. Ao andarmos ao redor, a escultura se transforma, instigando a nossa intelig\u00eancia a imaginar o que cada forma ir\u00e1 significar como o desenvolvimento de um ser humano. Com isso o t\u00edtulo da obra \u00e9 Intelig\u00eancia de Crian\u00e7a, ou seja, o desenvolvimento, in\u00edcio zero da nossa intelig\u00eancia. Uma obra para que todos possam refletir e concluir o seu pr\u00f3prio significado, indiferente \u00e0 classe social. Uma obra para o povo, um marco eterno a todos os mun\u00edcipes que j\u00e1 foram um dia crian\u00e7as.\u201d
